Being on the go most of the day today has made me think of how much you can feel a little guilty if you have not prepared any healthy snacks beforehand.
The tummy starts to rumble and it gets a little hard to think logically, don't you think?
I stopped in at the local 7-11 and picked up a banana, a small tub of low fat yoghurt and a bottle of water. With no utensils in my car, I set off for a shady spot by the river where I dipped my banana in the yoghurt and ate it without the guilts.
